Popup Menus

Popup Edit Menus

During editing, using either the Select Tool and Select Score Tool, a popup menu containing a collection of buttons will appear on the screen to give you quick access to some of the most frequently used editing operations. All of these editing operations are available in other panels or through keyboard shortcuts, but the buttons on these panel will often save you time.

Select Score Popup Menu

This panel appears when you have used the Select Score Tool to select a portion of your score. In the case of the operations which create new images in the score (crescendo, decrescendo, octava, octava basso, lines, etc) images will be added above each of the staves which are selected. So, for example, if you select a score area which includes three staves, the images will be added above or below each of the staves. This feature is useful in scores where you want to add crescendo or decrescendo markings on several staves at the same time.
